This term, in Design Technology, children in Year Six are learning about the history of fair grounds, designers and how rides work. With the new knowledge, they design their own fairground ride, in groups, and then build it with Lego. They are each given a motor to create a type of motion. The children then use the WeDo software on the laptops to provide the motor with instructions.
The children loved it! Now it's 6BH, 6CH and 6DA/LM's turn!
