Last week, children in 6MR enjoyed writing their Gargoyle poems. This was a chance to show their understanding of nouns and adjectives whilst extending their vocabulary too.

As part of our World War II studies, we have used a Shoo Rayner tutorial to aid our drawing of Spitfires.
As part of our Transition Work, Year Seven English teachers have provided some work for us to complete based upon an extract from 'Lord of the Flies'. Looking at these, a number of our Year Six pupils are well-placed for moving to Year Seven!
As part of our RE and art studies, we have created some watercolour art in the style of Jean Haines. We looked at various places of worship and have represented them in our finished pieces. A selection are below:
