Today, 6CC completed an Online Open Day. A recount of today (in their words) can be found below.
Welcome to the Year Six website. On this website, we will be sharing examples of our children's work. This page is a workshop containing examples of learning in action. The work will not be the children's 'final draft’.

Where Teachers Go At Night
For our first unit of writing this term, Year Six are writing
explanation texts about road safety for the Year Three teachers to use
in school. As part of this learning journey, we have been finding out
about the use of active and passive voice and causal conjunctions.
To
get us started, we recapped on our knowledge of the water cycle and
created oral presentations to explain the process to our classmates. Not
only was this a test of memory, it also required coherent sentences and
plenty of causal conjunctions!
Adding sparkle to these lessons - 6SD enjoyed watching Mr Bean boogie; whilst 6CC found out where Teachers go at night…
